Shipping & Deliveries conditions for retail customers.
With the increased popularity and demand for our products, we are delighted to open this platform to the general public. As we are a trade supplier there are some things you need to know about our types of packaging before you buy.
Our usual processing time for orders received by 2:00pm is 1 to 3 days with 98% of orders processed within 1 day in 2015. Most orders are dispatched on the same day of order. You will be notified by email of the entire progress of your order. From the moment we start working to fulfil your order, all the way to the point of sending you tracking code once the parcel has been dispatched.
Wrapping & Packaging
Retail customers receive goods in original trade wrapping. This usually means items are in cellophane envelopes with cardboard brand insert. No jewellery box. It's what your jeweller would receive before merchandising it in its own brand packaging.
How well do we protect jewellery for transit
Small items are send in a bubble wrap envelope. Larger items may be shipped in a box. We do our best to make sure your items arrive in one piece.
We use secure post with tracking numbers to ensure your item reaches it's destination. This usually means items are shipped with post that requires signature on arrival such as RM Signed For or SPECIAL DELIVERY.
FREE UK DELIVERY For orders over £25.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £2.56 Sometimes you just want something small and inexpensive and so if you spend less than £25 in our shop we still need to ensure it gets to you in one piece and most importantly securely and insured so postage is added to your bill.
Delivery cost is calculated based on the value of your order and destination country. Each delivery option is covered by loss or damage described below.

Australia and New Zealand
International Standard £3.80 - 5 to 7 working days delivery aim - Up to £20 for loss or damage
International Tracked £9.05 - 5 to 7 working days delivery aim - Up to £50 for loss or damage
International Tracked & Signed £11.55 - 5 to 7 working days delivery aim - Up to £250 for loss or damage
Import duty and Taxes
Customers from outside of the EU are responsible for paying relevant duty and taxes. Customs declaration will be included on the packaging.
If for any reason you want to return purchased goods you may do so within 14 days of purchase. We need to be notified by phone or by email so we can issue you an RMA code for our returns department (01204 895 514 or +44 1204895514 if you are calling from outside of the UK). Please do not send anything back without prior return arrangements as any goods returned without the RMA code might not be processed or it may take a very long time to resolve it. For legal and hygienic reasons any pierced products such as earrings and studs are non refundable and cannot be returned as we have no way of verifying it's status.
While we make every effort to keep our online stock up to date, in peak periods we might not always have correct number of items listed on our page. In such event, we will notify you of this and if we know when the item reaches the UK, we will tell you approximate date of arrival. For items out of stock usually our customers receive ordered them within 2 weeks. You can also cancel the order for a full refund if you do not want to wait.
